“The check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. My son utilized the pool which was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great and the staff overseeing the breakfast was great! Overall we had a great time!”

“Strange, large, octagonal opening in the wall that connects the bathroom to the bedroom, thus no bathroom privacy at all. No television. They had to bring a cable box, install it completely and then gave a remote control that was not connected to the box, and only could access 4 channels, 3 of which were shopping networks. Lastly, the front desk is not manned so you cannot get support, help or answers when needed.”

“Rooms are clean, staffs are friendly, breakfast is good, and plenty of parking spaces.”

“Room was clean. Lobby area and breakfast area had a sticky floor during our stay, breakfast was served until 10am but both mornings we arrived around 9:30 and pickings were extremely thin. They like to close down an entire side of the area early creating food shortages and long lines, my kids wanted a waffle but the line was so long by the time we made it up there that there were none left. I suggest arriving early if you rely on breakfast. We did not come for splash lagoon but a lot of other……

“We go to Erie a few times a year...I have never complained until this stay. Tried this hotel for it's location. Location is great. Check in and check out clerk was very nice. We stayed 4 nights/5 days. Housekeeping never came. We ran out of towels after 2 days there was no tissues. Call to desk wasn't helpful.no towels by the pool 2 nights of our stay. Radisson needs to update this property and retrain staff”
