"Toshali Royal a great host, everything during our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is fresh and taste good. I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. Parking can be inconvenient at locations where they are located,but parking staff ensures there are no issues and efficiently handles the parking of your vehicle."

"In the site of Expedia it is mentioned that the location of the hotel is in Shimla But the hotel is far away even 15 KM away from kufri. The rooms are not good the flush of the toilet is not functioning we have to wait more than an hour to got it repaired . Our family, my friend and his family also with me, insisted us to vacate the room. We have vacated the rooms next day early in the morning eventhough we booked the rooms for 2 days. "My grandfather used to have a house with Shimla so I am very familiar with the place for the last 50+ years. Willow Banks is absolutely the best value for money you can find in the city. Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms. Also excellent food options either within the hotel or right next door. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Shimla."
