Wonderful apart-hotel, stayed 5 nights and did a day-trip to Hiroshima. Hotel was clean, everything worked, we used the washer-dryer every day, There are 2 subway lines a short walk away, lots of restaurants, temples, shrines and gardens you can walk to. Helpful front-desk staff, a free shuttle to the golden temple, discount on the chopstick making excursion which was fun, a perfect stay in a perfect hotel!

"Love staying here every year! The staff are super helpful and speak english very well. What I like most about this hotel is that it is located in Links Umeda. There are so many places to shop without leaving the hotel building. The restaurants and food options are incredible!"
