Comfortable and Ideally Located

2 minute walk to the Sai Complex. Very convenient location. Stayed in a deluxe room which has 3 beds and is quite spacious. Beds were comfortable and sheets clean and have comforters on them. Room was spotless and well maintained. Mini fridge in the room Hot water kettle, tea coffee in the room. Neat and clean bathroom, however the shower mixer needs servicing. And all the bathroom taps need proper cleaning. Good shower and water pressure with enough hot water. Towels had a strange musty smell even though housekeeping promptly brought out fresh ones which also had a strange smell. Carry your own hand and bath towels if you're particular. Shower gel and soap provided. Air-conditioning worked well. No great view from the windows. Restaurant in the hotel seemed nice but was always deserted and the buffet lunch hadn't been laid out even at 1pm, so we went out to eat. We had a very comfortable stay and will definitely stay here the next time we come to Shirdi.

have been staying there for past so many years, its a perfect hotel if the sole purpose of visit is Sai Baba Temple, just 100 mt from the temple, the only issue is that they do not have WIFI in room

Good place

Good place. Booked King bed but received 2 double beds but I won't complaint. Over all good place except little issue at check in time but MR. Vinod helped me to make it smooth. Hats off. NO WIFI IN ROOMS I DIDN'T LIKE , END UP WASTING 700MB AT&T DATA IN JUST 1 NIGHT. VERY INCONVENIENCE HOPE THEY HAVE WIFI IN ALL ROOMS SOON. OVER ALL A++++ Because of MR. Vinod :-)

Nothing was in sync, lucky I had a copy of my email confirmation, they couldn't find it, things seemed right after that until my laptop computer went missing, and no security to explain how this happened, unfortunate situation for me but this hotel administration should seriously look into it's staff, they all seemed suspicious.

Old Gem needs shine

Staff needs to be more efficient especially the senior front desk person. Also they need to be cheerful and accommodating. Rooms also need to be refurbished.
