"We were very happy with our large, one bedroom suite at the back of the hotel. There was a lovely, little garden and patio at the back of our unit. The gardens all around the property were beautiful. The staff were helpful and caring. The location is amazing, 8 minutes from airport, within minutes to walk to the lovely garden-lined river boardwalk, the fabulous IGA, the night market, great food in every direction. And there is a complete kitchen with coffee etc., and ICE in the freezer. Yes, the hotel is a wee bit tired but it has so many positives…great shower, so quiet. And this is the only hotel in Brisbane that would accommodate us for one night over the huge Brisbane NRL weekend and still provide a reasonable price. Very impressed. Thank-you!"

"Excellent stay , great view over the Brisbane River one side and the race course in the other. Good choice at breakfast. A little bit further away from the town than expected, but local transport bus excellent "
