“The room was large, clean, and the bathroom was clearly not too old. Reception was fine (accessed up a step which may be a problem for some). There's still signage and I think promotion about a airport shuttle service, but they no longer offer that. I used an uber from the airport ($29) and back to it ($16). Though the location is all about the airport, the hotel is walkable to the river ferry, and walkable to Eat Street Northshore and Bluey's World if you are mobile and not lazy. All in all,...

“The room was newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. Parking outside our door was convenient, as was the on site restaurant.”

“The bed was comfortable. We asked for a kitchette so we could cook, but was none there. Freezer part of fridge wasn't freezing. The pipe under the hand basin in the bathroom leaked. I had to wash dishes in the hand basin. Traffic was loud. Not value for money at all Very disappointing.”

“We made this reservation months ago. Got checked in right away and went to dinner. No way to make a change when we got back. Room was ok, not as expected. Bathroom was filthy, toilet bar on floor no bath mat or handrails. Soap dispensers in shower were empty. Mold all over shower curtain. Not as expected at all. Also right by elevator doors snd noise of other customers. Someone needs to review owners alleged assertions about cleanliness and quality.”
