“We never had a remote for our TV. The staff was going to bring us the right one but never did. We asked several times. After a long day of traveling it would have been nice to lay down and watch TV and relax. Lots of stains on the carpets and on the chair in the room. Doesn't give a feeling of cleanliness”

“I was prevented from using the accommodation because the host imposed a material check-in restriction that was never disclosed before booking and was not mentioned when I specifically asked about checking in after my wedding event. I reasonably relied on the listing and the host's response to my email when planning my arrival. Only on the day of check-in was I informed that I would forfeit the reservation unless I arrived by 10:00 PM. As a result, I was unable to use the accommodation I had paid……

“We had an excellent weekend at the lodge! The property was beautiful and the space was perfectly clean. The main living area felt very open and spacious. The pool and hot tub were right outside our door and our family very much enjoyed our time there. The basketball hoop, was a big hit with our son as well! There was lots of green space for our kids to play, along with a trampoline, small climbing structure, hammock, and tree swing. Mara provincial park was across the street (highway) definitely……
