Loved it all! Despite it being November and cold, the heated pool was nice, dinner and entertainment was fantastic and breakfast was delicious.

SĂ©jour catastrophique. Franchement, je dĂ©conseille fortement cet Ă©tablissement. L’accĂšs est une galĂšre monumentale, surtout avec une petite voiture : les routes sont dans un Ă©tat lamentable, non adaptĂ©es, voire dangereuses. Et n’espĂ©rez pas vous en sortir si vous arrivez de nuit, c’est juste impraticable. Une honte pour un lieu qui se prĂ©tend hĂŽtel. L’accueil ? Inexistant. La personne en charge gĂ©rait aussi le restaurant en mĂȘme temps, donc aucun professionnalisme. Il a fallu rĂ©clamer plusieurs fois pour une simple serviette. ZĂ©ro organisation. Et le pire : l’insĂ©curitĂ©. L’hĂŽtel ne propose aucune vraie sĂ©curitĂ©. RĂ©sultat : voiture de location abĂźmĂ©e sur leur parking, et quand je demande Ă  voir les camĂ©ras, on m’annonce qu’elles ne fonctionnent pas. SĂ©rieusement ? C’est irresponsable et totalement inacceptable. Maintenant c’est moi qui paie les dĂ©gĂąts. Merci l’arnaque. Seul point potable : le petit-dĂ©jeuner. Correct, sans plus. Mais ça ne sauve en rien l’expĂ©rience dĂ©sastreuse. Pour un Ă©tablissement de ce prix, c’est une vraie blague. Beaucoup trop de choses Ă  revoir, Ă  commencer par le respect des clients. Fuyez.
