"Pool wasn’t open and that was half the reason why I chose this place however, that was not advertised in the listing. We went during early December so it was very quiet. However breakfast was extra. It was okay not the best and dinner was never available so yeah to say the dining is limited, would be just telling partial story staff are pretty nice, not a lot of English. However do you speak French and Arabic so if you know those two languages you should be fine all in all the actual rooms were...

"My family’s stay at this Riad was beyond memorable.All the 4 of us loved every detail of the Riad .The staff couldn’t be more professional or nicer and to name a couple Anwar and Aya .The location was perfect allowing us to access the Old Town as well as the rest .The decoration was breathtakingly beautiful and authentic .We were upgraded to an amazing room on the roof top .Breakfast, the bar , the dining were all excellent .Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez."

"Our brief stay was wonderful. The location was very convenient (five minute walk to the Blue Gate). The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to every request we had. The Onyx Suite was also amazing!"

"The Riad Jamaï is a peaceful and beautiful place to rest, disconnect and enjoy the city.
It’s no near to the Medina, but is easy and cheap take a taxi.
The staff is helpful and kind.
We dinner at the hotel and the food are so good
The pool is small but it’s fantastic to refresh in his wonderful patio.
We recommend be a guest at this Riad."
