“Hotel Sahrai was exceptional! A beautifully designed hotel for a great price! Rooms were beautiful and clean and bathroom beautifully designed and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, great pool, fantastic food! , check in with tea and pasties to the room were all special touches. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us- and let us checkout late since we had a late flight. The breakfast was delicious and bar was open late for drinks and music at Jungle- very fun! “We had a fantastic stay at this Riad that we ended up spending one more night here. Starting from the beginning, we were welcomed with freshly brewed mint tea. The host offered us lots of usual travel tips and also checked on us regularly to make sure we‘re alright. The room is spacious and decorated beautifully. The breakfast consists of omelette, coffee, different kinds of bread, butter and home-made jam. Everything was served directly at the table…it felt exclusive and the portion was……

“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. ”

“Riad Fes Ziyat is a great place to stay for a visit to Fez. It’s located within the old city and is walking distance to all the places one would go for sightseeing. It’s quite close to one of the city gates so can drop off is easy. The staff is amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The place itself has very cool decor and everything is in great condition. The food is very good, as well. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Fez.”

“We had a great stay at Dar Magic Fes ✨ A beautiful new place that has only been open for a few months, everything feels fresh and well cared for. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious, and the location is perfect for exploring the Medina of Fes — everything is close and easy to reach. They also helped us arrange an amazing Sahara trip, which was a highlight of our journey! Highly recommended for anyone……

“这个酒店的房间我已经无力吐槽了，一个四星级酒店房间墙壁尽然还有发霉潮湿剥落，而且还有好几个地方都是这样，看着就觉得不舒服，你们把这样的客房给顾客住真的好吗？你们的庭院修的是不错，既然你们有钱装修庭院，为什么你们就不能花点钱把房间内部装修一下？你们不知道发霉潮湿对人的身体有影响吗？要是你自己家里变成这样，你愿意住吗？”

“酒店距CTM巴士站約5分鐘車程，附近食店很少。不要被酒店的外表騙到，客房陳設老舊，隔音差，浴室有黃跡和臭味。櫃檯前一位“阿叔”態度惡劣，真的要反影一下。事緣那天我們黃昏到達，完成沙漠之旅，禮貌上都要和導遊說聲再見，但他已經不耐煩，在入住表簽名位置，用筆大力“點”一下，完全沒說話，像命令我們一樣。當時我們很累就不跟他計較。後來洗滌後需要風筒(這是今次旅遊唯一一間沒風筒的旅館)，我的丈夫便到櫃檯借，剛好又是他。他隨即回覆已全部借出，明天來取。這時我丈夫憤怒地用英語問他:我現在洗髮，你叫我明天來取？這麼大的一間酒店一個風筒也沒有？你這是什麼工作態度？他當場呆了，抄下房號並說稍後送來。前後不到10分鐘風筒送來了。我們在這裡住了兩晚，那夜之後直到我們離開，都再不見他。”
