"This is a great hotel to stay at right after arriving in Surabaya. The shuttle service from the airport was an absolute blessing to us as we were tired from over 30 hours of air travel. The rooms we had were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar was delicious and full of a variety of fruits, pastries and local cuisine. We highly recommend Swiss-Belinn to anyone and we hope to be back. "

"On arrival, I wasn’t shown to my room. I wasn’t even shown where the lift was. No fridge. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. There is literally nothing close to the hotel to do. "

"The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Good general cleanliness, however the bath/shower area has not been cleaned well over a period.
The room was compact.
Hotel had nearby IndoMart and eating places.
HOTEL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NON MUSLIMS WHO WISH TO CONSUME ALCOHOL OR HAVE FRIENDS OF THE OPPOSITE GENDER VISITING AND SPENDING TIME IN THEIR ROOMS. "
