"The owners were amazing. When a problem arose, they sprung into action to assist. I’d stay here again without hesitation. Expedia on the other hand is a horrible organization that does nothing to assist when there is a problem. They promised a call back and lied as they never called when requested. Don’t book with Expedia but do stay at Tariq’s resort. The owners truly care for your business and experience. "

"Overall hotel experience 7.5/10 The suites, view, and balconies are very nice but the hotel is roach infested; 3 came running out within 20 minutes of being in room and a few every day but all in kitchen and bathroom none in room that I saw at least. Also, someone took a dump in my room right before I checked in. The utilities in room and room layout look exactly like pictures but my washer/dryer didn’t work and no one knew how to fix it. Food: 9.5/10 no complaints on food but room service order was wrong but still very good. Staff: 9/10 majority are nice a few were just there, not smiling or greeting \*False advertising: the private beach is not open and I was told by receptionist that it won’t be for another 1-2 years. Upon arrival, there was no welcome drink, and pool hours are different than what’s advertised online pool actually closes at 7pm not 10pm. I would stay there again if they spray and get rid of infestation and also fix pool hours. "
