“Staff was great. Room was clean. Pool was nice.. We were on the bottom floor, walls were very thin and the people upstairs felt like you could hear every step. Had to use ear plugs. If you want a good night sleep, better stay on top floor. Fyi, no elevator...”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no parking so trying to find street parking can be nearly impossible. Be aware there are no elevators so carrying our luggage to the 2nd floor sucked. There is no coffee maker but an electric kettle is provided. The kettle was not cleaned out when we arrived. There is no iron but a steamer is provided. They do have a restaurant that is convenient. Overall great staff and just an ok place to stay.”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived after a long trip and they gave us a great suggestion for dinner. The hotel is clean and the surrounding area is safe. To top it off, the breakfast was excellent - delicious hot food and a variety of things to eat. I appreciated that they also provided almond milk as a beverage option as I'm lactose intolerant. You don't always see that in other hotels' breakfast offerings. I've stayed at Ayres a few times now and……
