The Queen Mary

"This property has only one place to sit down in a KING stateroom, so only one of us could sit down at any one time. Only one chair. This property lacks toiletries and we found the towels to be very thin and cheap in our opinion. We think the service in the Promenade is not good and neither is the food. The Chelsea restaurant was disappointing to us. A very LOUD crowd at a banquet table - children screaming, etc., occurred throughout our entire dinner. The staff did nothing about it and we could not enjoy our dinner. We found the food OK, not great. Parking is $39/night and we did not know about this ahead of time. In our opinion, this property is NOT GOOD VALUE"

"We chose to stay here to avoid having to rent a car and it was perfect! A very short walk to the (awesome!!!!) aquarium and right next door to so many shops and restaurants! The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in and through out our stay. Service in the little restaurant/market/bar was phenominal - great staff & delicious food & coffee. Will definately be staying here again next time we're in Long Beach."
