Staff were very nice and friendly. The location is great if you want to be centre of city, next to Nanjing Rd and 500m to the waterfront Bund walkway.
The property is clean. It’s older and doesn’t have a ton of amenities but it is value, the price is great for this location and it’s clean with great staff.
I will be back.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!
