Self checkin kiosk only up and running two out of eight when 40 people lined up to check in; elevstor's LCD screen did not work so we didnt know which floor we were stopped at; self parking escalator and elevator were down so we had to hand carry luggages floor up the stairs on own; room light was flickering so we turned it off all day; $10 pastry was luke warm outside, but cold in the middle and more...

There was a used bar of soap left in the shower, and the coffee pods were left in the bathroom. It looked very quickly cleaned and thrown together.

Really great spot. Love the low key aesthetic and cool design. The tiles in the bar area are great. Nice breakfast spot by pool, and beach club is outstanding. Only small issue is there were a bunch of loud little kids shouting and cannon-balling into the pool. Super disruptive to the peaceful setting and zero was done to ask the kids to chill just a bit. Overall - super spot and renovation has made it a gem again.
