Just minutes from Girona airport, this private 240 m2 family villa is located a hop, skip and jump from nature, beach, Spain's Nº1 Golf Resort, and Costa Brava fun & frivolity, allowing the perfect combination for an unforgettable vacation! Ideal for active families who like to keep fit while having fun, your soon to be 'home away from home' consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a games room with billiards. Outside a pool large enough for daily laps, and a lush green lawn where the kids can play while the adults enjoy the comfortable terrace with large dining table and BBQ area. With a supermarket and shops of the quaint village of Sils just 2 minutes away. Take a short 5 minute drive to the train station which opens up direct day trip travels to the heart of Girona and the center of Barcelona. Dann hat uns die Agentur (Catalunya Casas) mitgeteilt dass der Eigentümer schon eingezogen ist (für den Winter). Sie haben uns dann ein anderes Haus zum gleichen Preis angeboten. Dieses Haus war auch ganz schön aber unglaublich schmutzig. Da war seit Wochen/ Monaten nicht gereinigt worden. Die Agentur hat uns angeboten das Haus Mitte der Woche zu reinigen. Da wir Samstags angereist sind und der Dreck uns angewiedert hat, haben wir unseren Sontag damit verbracht das Haus zu reinigen...
