The room was very dirty with holes in the walls, including a large hole in the shower where you could see the pipes and inner wall, and there was damaged furniture. The television did not work. The bathroom lights did work, but in the main room there was just on light bulb on the ceiling. The staff also was not there in the morning for checkout.
