Modern, cozy, flooded with light and lovingly furnished

57 sqm apartment with 20 sqm terrace and is located in a very quiet south-facing slope with a direct view of the Eifel National Park in the idyllic town of Erkensruhr.

This apartment is so ideally located that a view of the
Nationalpark Eifel is given from the whole living-sleeping quarters.

The location of our holiday apartment is characterized by pure peace and nature.

Apartment is for 2 people up to max. 3 people optimal.
The house was built on the slope and the apartment
is optimally arranged due to its terrace-like location / construction. Our apartment is on the 4th Descending level.

In the village of Einruhr you will find good, bourgeois and exclusive gastronomy. However, if you prefer to cater for yourself, there are various shopping opportunities in Simmerath.

The village of Einruhr, located at Rursee in about 2.5 kilometers, offers
numerous one-stop options, a ship landing stage and a
Natural swimming pool from which the Rursee and its beautiful surroundings can be explored.

Ski and cross-country skiing, sledding can be done in the area such as B. Rohren (Belgium) with its drag lift and trails.

From the beginning of 2006, the area of the former military training area can also be hiked. On signposted routes with
A total area of over 50 km between Höfen (20km), Erkensruhr, Dreiborn (8km), Einruhr (3), Urftseestaumauer (11km), Vogelsang (6km) and Gemünd (12km) are the way clear for hikers and cyclists. An extra tip for hikers and nature vacationers are the towns of Erkensruhr and Hirschrott (1km). A very special natural spectacle awaits nature lovers who explore the national park in spring from Höfe (20km). The wild daffodils transform the meadows in the Perlenbach and Fuhrtsbach valleys into a yellow sea of flowers.

Guided ranger hikes take place in Erkensruhr.
Boat trips with or without a hike can be combined. Gourmet tours can be booked.
The historic Monschau, the high Fens, the three-country point,
Bad Aachen are some of the few excursions in our region.

Very comfortable holiday home away in the middle of nature close to the Eifel Parc.
Comfortable and spacious holiday home with big terrace and beautiful view on the forest on the hill opposite the apartment. We especially enjoyed the quietness. Excellent location for hiking and biking the Eifel.

Beautifully appointed with lovely views in a very quiet out of the way place
The downside is that it is down four flights of steep stairs on the outside of the property. Fine if you are young and able but not so good if you are elderly. Apart from this everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice apartment in beautiful area
Apartment was very good - although TV did not work at all. Well-equipped and comfortable and very quiet. Lovely terrace to sit out on. As no through road through village it was very peaceful. Water always hot for shower and in 2 sinks. Surrounding area was very beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would not hestitate to return.

A quiet place away from it all
Pros: A cosy place, has everything you need. The bedroom and the bed itself are huge. We did not use the terrasse because it was rainy in the Easter weekend - in warm sunny weather it would be really nice to chill out there. The electric fireplace made the evenings more cosy and athmospheric. No internet, no TV - good way to get off the grid. Einruhr and Monschau are just around the corner, we also visited Aachen and Maastricht on our way there and back. A few trails pass very nearby, like Wildernistrail - we enjoyed some trailrunning and hiking. Cons: The shower temperature was a real gamble, jumping up and down. The heaters in the bedroom did not work - luckily it was not that cold already. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

Narzissenwanderung
Sehr schöne ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und sich schon vor Reisebeginn gemeldet. Einruhr ist über einem Wanderweg entlang der Rur in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Alles was aanwezig, zeer compleet. Zelfs flesjes cider!! Alleen: het was erg warm in huiskamer. We zetten de verwarming op 0, toch bleef de kachel zeer warm. En, 70 treden naar beneden was voor ons geen probleem, maar zou goed zijn om het duidelijker in de advertentie te zetten, voor mensen zie "slecht ter been zijn". Maar het appartement was echt heerlijk en prettig!!

Sehr zufriedenstellend, ruhig, wir haben den Waldblick genossen und die Umgebung erkunden können. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe genießen wollen.
