I really liked all the stuff an adult could do their. They picked up towels and always kept things fresh. Liked that they never touched my personal stuff. The food at the sports bar located inside the INN was on point. I had numerous meals and every one of them was amazing. They’ve got this big burger that I really really liked but idk the habanero boneless wings were also freaking amazing. Think if anyone can get a good rate like I did per night they should def give it a try. The indoor swimming pool area was also pretty cool. Would have to give this place a 9/10. 👍👍👍

We were driving back to Calgary from Utah and decided to stop in Great Falls for the night. We looked up hotels and despite being a bit more expensive than we wanted, we chose this hotel for the fact that it had a pool AND a waterslide. We had a 3 year old and 3 teenagers who desperately wanted a fun waterslide. Even as we drove up to the hotel property, the kids saw the hotel waterslide as it’s mostly exterior. They got very excited. We checked in only to discover the waterslide has limited hours only and not open the night of our stay. Our kids were devastated. These hours were not posted on the website. Had we known this, we would have chosen a much cheaper hotel. Also, the breakfast appeared good but when we arrived at 8:30, (breakfast hours 6:30-9:30), several items were gone and not replaced, (cinnamon rolls, eggs). This is not okay. All guests should have access to the same breakfast options irregardless of what time they arrive for breakfast and with one hour left, this was not acceptable. We were very disappointed. For the price we paid, we have certain expectations and this Holiday Inn fell way short!

Stay here often on my travels. Lots of parking. Friendly staff throughout. Heavy odor of cleaner inside room. Had to have our key rekeyed on day 2 of our travels. Lots of remodel happening so I’m eager to see the finished product.
