“Horrible service waited hours for our room well beyond the check-in time. Would t provide new towels and told us we had to wait till they washed the ones we already had. Never cleaned our room once in the 4 days we were in the room”

“Clean room. Close walking distance to restaurants. Underground parking. staff was helpful. Had to ask for towels as they were not in the room.”

“We booked this hotel for the hot tub and the slide for the kids to use while we were in Great Falls for 9 days. Slide and hot tub were both broke the entire stay. Arrived a day late due to a ground stop in Denver and had to fly to Bozeman since there were no other flights available. Daughter had to drive 3 hrs to pick us up. Rental car was canceled because it wasn't picked up within the 24hr window, hotel charged us for the night we wasn't there because we booked thru Expedia and they refuse to……

“The rooms were clean small, no air conditioning to speak of, room was very warm. Parking was limited and uncovered not monitored vehicles covered two spots. Did not use laundry services.”

“Rooms were clean nice place to stay. Breakfast was good every morning would recommend this place.”

“Loved this place. Only issue was the number of homeless near there that were panhandling us each time we walked out. Not blaming that on property at all. As a matter of fact I think there were things done to help. (breakfast delivered to room rather than a buffet for example.)”

“Overall a great one night stay for a funeral. Got back to the motel after 9 in the evening. Almost had to find a parking place elsewhere because the lot was so full. A bit more parking would help.”
