"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot...

"Had an amazing stay at stairway to Devon. Nathan and Helen are fantastic hosts from start to finish. The cabin is stunning with all the added extras that make it special. The cabin is immaculate with everything you need for your stay. I think the local cider and homemade chocolate brownies was a really nice touch. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat with your partner with amazing views of the countryside then this is the place for you. Will definitely be back. Our two chocolate Labradors...

"Beautiful location, very welcoming and friendly hosts. Lovely cosy property, very clean and tidy. A good size for the two of us and Charlie the dog. Ideally situated for some awesome walks. Definitely looking to go back in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone."

"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

"In the spring of 2018,we (two adults with our children, 18, 16, 13, and 11) had 11 unforgettable wonderful days at Woodcombe Lodges. We had a very pretty and convenient lodge in very good condition, with a great veranda for rainy, cloudy as well as sunny days. Also great is the game room shared by six lodges, with table tennis, billiard, and a football table. There is also a common washer and dryer, fed by 20 pence coins. "I was a guest at The Mole checking out on Monday, 2 February. When I returned home I realised that I had misplaced my stainless steel Rolex. I spoke that evening to Steve Parfitt on reception who immediately checked the pool locker and kindly called me back to inform me that he had found it. Steve offered to meet me at the railway station some 15 miles away and I took the train down, and he was able to return my watch to me in person. This watch holds particular sentimental value, as my two brothers and I all own the same model. I am therefore extremely grateful for Steve’s honesty, efficiency, and kindness. I would like to commend The Mole Resort for employing such a trustworthy and dedicated member of staff. Steve Parfitt is truly a credit their organisation, and they and the guests are very fortunate to have someone of his calibre on their team. This reflects very well on the Mole resort. I would just like to add the the pool and sauna facilities of "The Mole" are outstanding - as are their honest efficient staff. "
