This hotel has 5 star staff in in a 3/4 star setting. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed but the sea view room should have been described as a side sea view. The breakfast was typical of a package hotel with hard working but disorganised staff. The main swimming pool was excellent and easily the highlight of our stay. We felt secure with the lifeguard Niki who was friendly and very welcoming. The hotel gardens are extensive and well kept. The greeting from Christina on Reception was warm and informative but the departure with another reception college was remarkable in its efficiency with zero interest in our weeks stay. One aspect of the 5 star hotel we found disappointing was that not all guests received drinking water without extra payment!

Beautiful setting and the villas with a pool are perfect.

No lunch or dinner onsite only found out when I checked in so did not eat anything for a whole 24 hours. The rooms had nothing in the fridge. No tea or milk so was disappointed

My daughters and I had an outstanding stay at Aenos Hotel and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Kefalonia. The hospitality was exceptional. The managers, front desk team, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff were all incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is spotless, with clean, cool, modern, and very comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the Wi-Fi was fast, reliable, and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. There was something for everyone, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Argostoli’s main square, just steps away from numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The hotel also offers convenient laundry and ironing services, which are especially helpful for longer stays. What truly sets Aenos Hotel apart is its people. The outstanding customer service, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our visit. Our daughters and I had a wonderful experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Kefalonia.
