On our third day there we realized someone else was booked for our room number, just so happened that we where about to leave our room and on the other side of the door where guest with our room keys ready to come into our room. Front desk didn’t even realize the room was booked to us. Thankfully the other guest were pretty cool and went downstairs and received a new room. They’re ready to charge you for the room but need better knowledge when it comes to assigning rooms.
