"Outstanding hotel. Wonderful service. V level is definitely worth it. Half board is good value if you prefer to stay in the hotel on an evening as tge food is fabulous. The staff are so polite and friendly. A short 10 min walk into the complex of the other Valamar hotels is a great Asia Restaurant. Sunsets are magical. Our breakfast server in the V level Gav…. Was so helpful offering insightful advice on the area. He remembered our food and drink preferences every day. Worth coming back for those attention to detail moments. Number 6 bus very handy to the old town. Hint for British, you can’t buy painkillers over the counter in Dubrovnik they are pharmacy only. Game of thrones tour and Lokrum Island are worth it. Check Game of Thrones souvenirs prices on line first. Monopoly €119 in old town £46 on Amazon "

"The hotel was lovely. I stayed in April 24 not everywhere was open locally for the season. But i did find some lovely places for eating and drinking. The hotel was a 10 min walk to the bus stop which was then a 10 min crowded bus ride to old town. Not a 10 min walk i had been advised. I was on a city break so didnt use the pool area at the hotel but it looked lovely"

"World class service, staff are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Overall, we give 10/10 rating for our stay, judging from room cleanliness, facility (we love the spa, saunas and swimming pool), best buffet breakfast with so many varieties of food to choose from. Located in a great location (15 minutes from the airport; 12 minutes to town via Uber/Bolt Service; 1 hour 30 minutes to Montenegro). Will definitely stay here again if we do visit Dubrovnik again! "
