"Great location with a fantastic dock! Wonderful for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and eating together in a peaceful cove. And I appreciated the plethora of floaties available to use. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very spacious and lots of great seating for everybody. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Owners were great to work with and made sure we were well taken care of. We would love to go back!"

"Our family ages 2 to 66 had a wonderful week. The house was super clean. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. The owner has an app that is downloadable after the deposit is paid. It’s full of useful info. We loved it so much we have already rented for next year. The only negative is that there are a lot of steps down to the pool and the dock. The stairs did not bother us at all and are depicted in pictures. "

"We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but...
