Its good when you get there
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, well equipped & furnished, although it could benefit from more or larger receptacles for rubbish. The host provided explicit photos & information to access the actual accommodation. However VRBO gave the property's location as no. 25 on the main street but the gate controlled access to this site bore no resemblance to the host's photos. The host helpfully clarified that the property was located at no. 23 & was actually found along a side road at this site. Access was then easily gained with the host's provided information. No.25 contains the allocated parking space which is accessed with a fob available inside the property. For the benefit of future clients, VRBO & the host should ensure the location and access information correlates.

Tolle Lage direkt am See
Die Anreise und das Check-in war dank der genauen Beschreibung unkompliziert. Das Appartement war sauber, die Matratze war sehr gut. Der Kleiderschrank ist schon sehr klein, aber da wir nur wenig Gepäck für eine Woche dabei hatten, war es kein Problem. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Wasser. Das Bad war frisch renoviert und völlig ausreichend. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und genügend Waschmittel, auch für die Spülmaschine genug Tabs. Das Auto hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz, was super praktisch ist. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, zwei Liegen und man kann auf der Terrasse essen. Das schöne ist, das man vom ganzen Touristentrubel verschont bleibt, trotzdem sind viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Kleine Verbesserungvorschläge: Eine Parmensanreibe😉 Auf Grund der Feuchtigkeit gibt es einen großen Schimmelfleck im Schlafzimmer, wäre schön, wenn man den beseitigen würde. Die Via Verona ist eine Hauptverkehrsroute, man hört den Lärm, aber uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir es als Berliner gewohnt sind. Nachts ist es ziemlich ruhig.

Kommt für mich nicht mehr in Frage
Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt: Zum Seeblick: Sofern man sich in die Mitte des Gartens stellt und über die Hecke des Nachbars schaut ist tatsächlich der See zu sehen. Noch besser ist der Blick auf dem kurzen Weg vom überdachten Parkplatz zum Hauseingang. Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung war aussergewöhnlich, wie zum Beispiel genau ein Abtrockenhandtuch, ein halber Spüllappen und hervorragende Fliegengitter die sich kaum öffnen ließen und oben und unten abgefressen waren. Am besten jedoch war die Ausstattung mit fliesendem Wasser, welches aus der Decke vom Balkon darüber tropfte und das Schlafzimmer unter Wasser setzte. Das war die Ursache für die stark verschimmelten Decken und Wände wie auf den Bildern unschwer erkennbar. Auf Rückfrage wurde uns zugesagt, es käme jemand der das Wasser wegwischt und die Renovierung würde kommende Woche starten. Und im übrigen könnten wir uns ein anderes Appartement suchen im Mai sei ja wenig Auslastung. Naja, am Ende haben wir dann zwar einen Nachlass bekommen, aber wer will schon vergünstigt in einer Schimmel Wohnung leben. Der FEWO Service war unterirdisch, trotz meiner Kontaktaufnahme und dem Versand der Schimmelbilder haben wir bis Heute keinerlei Reaktion bekommen. Für mich ein fragwürdiges Erlebnis in jeder Hinsicht und mein Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert.

Appartement propre, fonctionnel et conforme à la description. Bien situé. Manquerait idéalement quelques équipements électroménager (grille-pain, manique à four). Mal insonorisé (bruit le matin, télé des voisins le soir).

Alles wunderbar! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem kleinen Hund in der Unterkunft. Alles hat super und unkompliziert geklappt. Das Appartment ist schön, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Garten ist schön und die Terasse samt Markise ist auch wunderbar. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 2 gehminuten entfernt. Das Appartement ist 30 m vom Wasserenfernt und direkt nebenan von dem Grundstück ist ein 1A Restaurant. Sirmione ist in Reichweite und andere schöne Orte wie Lazise oder Bardolino sind 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Auto steht schön überdacht, sodass man beim einsteigen keinen Hitzschlag bekommt. Alles in allem so perfekt wie mann es sich vor dem Urlaub wünscht. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Elena!

Alle luxe aanwezig in dit nette appartement. Grote tuin, maar niet zo heel vrij. In de buurt van winkels en restaurants.
