"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus . From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff and checked in promptly. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially as we were gathering with family who had traveled from various countries for a reunion. They thoughtfully arranged for us to be placed in nearby rooms, which made our experience even more convenient. Housekeeping was always polite and professional, with a special mention to Arzu, who stood out with her excellent service. Other staff members, including Tsira, Onder, Erding, and Yasin, were equally kind and ensured that our stay was memorable. The breakfast room was a lovely space to start our day, offering a great variety of options. We also enjoyed spending time at the beautiful pool each day, where the facilities were not only clean but luxurious. If we ever visit Turkey again, there’s no question—we’ll be returning to HIB."
