"When I reached hotel yesterday Afternoon around 2 PM, I was told that there is no reservation for our 3 rooms. After repeated requests & also confirming the reservation over phone after booking, the hotel person said there is no room available in that property & said he can give only in another place where the building is very old, no lift. The rooms he gave us in a different property is not like a hotel. It is totally a lodge with 4 rooms in the terrace with an iron structure staircase. Fortunate there was a person over there to lift the baggage thru the stairs. I never book in this hotel again."
