COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION :

Villas Sitges Colonial is only 1,800 metres from the centre of Sitges and its beaches, a 3-minute drive away.

It has direct access to the Garraf National Park just a few minutes walk from the villa.

We recommend a vehicle to drive up and down the urbanisation. You can park at the bottom of the urbanisation and then walk to Sitges: Beaches, Sitges centre, shops, etc ... or use the bus every 30 minutes. It stops 100 meters from the villa.

The beaches of Sitges as well as the centre are 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot. Car recommended.

Carrefour Market is 2 km from the villa. San Sebastian beach is 7 minutes drive. 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. The nearest restaurants and bars are 2 km from the Villa.
Finally, 850 metres from the Villa, you will find the Levantina Sitges viewpoint where you can enjoy the magnificent view!

OUTSIDE THE VILLA:

The outside of the villa is its great advantage: the swimming pool, the balconies and the different terraces with dining table.
The pool is equipped with a sofa that allows you to relax by the pool. There is an outdoor shower at your disposal.
There are several terraces, sofas and dining tables at your disposal so that you can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.


INTERIOR OF THE VILLA:

Colonial Villa is decorated in a bohemian Ibizan style with 3 floors.

The entrance to the house is on the upper floor. Completely renovated 2 years ago with exquisite taste by a specialised architect/stylists.

The first suite is opposite the entrance. Large double bed and en-suite bathroom. A balcony runs the length of the first floor and connects the rooms. Several tables and seating areas allow you to enjoy the views of the sea and the pool, 2 floors below.

The hallway leads to two further bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed.

A staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, and a full bathroom.

A few more steps lead down to the living room and dining room. The room has large sliding glass windows that illuminate the villa throughout the day and allow you to enjoy the incredible sea view. Once opened, they reveal a wonderful and comfortable indoor/outdoor space.

At the back is the sofa in front of the TV, a large wooden table and on the other side, the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped.

The windows give access to the balcony with a second dining area overlooking the pool.

From the balcony, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is an outdoor sitting area with sofa and coffee table.

Finally, a few steps lead down to the outdoor infinity pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A final dining table is situated next to the pool, so you can enjoy a poolside meal.

Important Aspects Related to Rates and Payments:

1. Payment Methods: You can pay through Vrbo with a Visa credit card, with a 3% fee for card payments. You also have the option to pay by bank transfer (free of charge).

2. Support: Vrbo's support is available for both payment methods.

3. Mandatory Cleaning: Each rental week includes mandatory cleaning, which covers bed linens as well as pool and bath towels. If you book for two weeks, you will need to pay for two cleanings, and so on.

4. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays up to one week: 380 € at the end of the stay.
- Two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) for 80 €. Final cleaning at the end of the second week for 380 €.
- Three weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week) at 80 € each. Final cleaning at the end of the third week for 380 €.

5. Tourist Tax: 1 € per adult per day for the first 7 days of the booking.

6. Heating Supplement: In the low season, a heating supplement of 250 € per week applies.

7. Late Check-in: Between 20:00 and 00:00 with a supplement of 45 €.

8. Late Check-in After Midnight: From 23:59 with a supplement of 75 €.

9. Security Deposit: 2,000 €, refunded 7 days after departure.

10. Additional Costs: Throughout the year, the cost is 50 € per person per day for groups of 8 or more, or 150 € per week. In June, July, and August, the cost is adjusted to 25 € per person per day.
