Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The whole place was old, dirty.and smelled bad. Forks and knives were rusty. Small tv with bad picture (no cable) broken remote. I wish I can post pics here. The host, Dimitra, is a sweet talker, but actually rude, money grabing liar. Only one AC unit for two rooms and not working properly! We could not sleep. Stayed only one night and suffered. Ran away first thing in the morning. Behind the building is a swamp with milions of mosquitos. Don't be fooled by some fake reviews. Check the reviews on this property on "booking", you'll see. For same price, we found 2 bedroom 65m2 in center of Neos Marmaras. 58 years old father with his 19 y.o. daughter here. Don't make mistake like we did. Not even a partial refund either. Save yourself a time and money. Look elswhere for a place to stay.

Wir konnten die Unterkunft leider nicht nutzen. Das Hotel war überbelegt und wir mussten uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen.auf das bezahlte Geld warte ich noch immer. Die Vermieterin war nicht sehr hilfreich und gab uns die Schuld . Auf die Frage ob sie wenigstens etwas kaltes zu trinken hat wurden uns zwei Gläser Fanta für 10€ verkauft.service geht anders
