We stayed at this hotel for 15 days and, unfortunately, our overall experience was a great disappointment, especially for a 4-star hotel.The room had a beautiful view, but inside it did not meet our expectations. The electrical sockets were old and, in some cases, appeared to be potentially dangerous. The hairdryer had its cable running behind the electrical sockets, which we considered particularly dangerous and unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.The cleanliness was also……
“Maria was truly incredible. Nothing was an issue and I really appreciated her hospitality, especially as a young woman travelling on her own. I felt really safe. I had a late transfer following check out but Maria was more than happy for me to use the pool and bathroom while I waited following check out, which I really appreciated. The rooms are gorgeous and has great air conditioning. The breakfast in the morning that Maria prepared was delicious and the pool was always quiet. Perfect stay.”

- Breakfast was great, full English, pastries, pancakes, melon, yoghurt, eggs to order, cereal.
- Pool was incredible over 25 meters. Sun loungers were very comfy.
- Food and drinks were delicious. Dinner menu could have had more traditional Greek food though, we ate out a lot because of this.
- Great location 20mins from airport, 50mins from Sami. 5min walk to an okay beach.

“Lovely couple of nights spent with the family in the superior suite with a fantastic view! A great start to our first holiday to Kefalonia. Fantastic service from the moment we checked in. Welcome drinks and the complimentary water in the room as well as the ability to use the facilities beyond our 10:30 check out on our last day enabled us to enjoy the day before our onward travels to Fiskardo. Luggage store, shower room and towels plus use of the pool was a treat rather than worrying about our……
