"Great place to stay, and fascinating tour of the winery - so unique."

"Beautiful place. Phenomenal views of the Valley. Breathtaking old city. Stuff at this place was exceptionally friendly."

"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

"Beautiful place for a quiet retreat holiday. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff was attentive and helpful. The daily spa time was a wonderful bonus as was the ease in accessing delicious dining in nearby towns. A fantastic stay!"

Man spürt...

"Sanja was very helpful and friendly. The stone cottage was great, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, check was simple and easy. The waterfalls nearby are beautiful. We bought a bottle of delicious schnapps from one of the lovely neighbour too. "

"Excellent hotel will stay again"

"Clean, big rooms. Wonderful location. Great staff."

"Great staff. Towels were dingy but clean. Featuval made it hard to park and they didn’t have a solution but we managed"

"Nice stay at the San Servolo hotel."

"Short overnight stay in lovely Motovun. Good communication with host, great location with parking included."

"Great stay, lovely accommodation, all very clean and well organised. Very friendly staff."

"Lovely small hotel in the small walled city of Bale. Very good breakfast buffet & excellent attached 5 star restaurant. Excellent service. For North American travellers, there is no elevator so you may want to transfer your travel items into a smaller carry-on. For the hotel, please add an in room kettle. As a traveller, sometimes you need to make yourself an herbal tea or an early morning coffee. Also, please have 100% overhead coverage of the areas connecting the buildings. It rained during...
