"I am 66 years old and this was my most enjoyable stay at a beach EVER. From the responsiveness and thoughtfulness of the host (he deserves 6 stars!) to the location (pretty much a private beach) with the ocean right at our doorstep, practically. Ocean views from 3 bedrooms close enough to hear crashing waves! Not only were linens provided, but the kitchen and baths were generously stocked with everything you need except the food you would cook in the fab kitchen!! Our chef was enthralled! Even the assortment of beach chairs and umbrellas provided were high quality. The cherry on top was the elevator for my friends who have walking challenges. There are lots of steps so it made their visit (and bringing in luggage) so enjoyable. Can’t wait to book this place again! And the dogs loved it too!"

"Sand Sational! was a great beach house. It was very clean, the linens smelled nice and not just like bleach, and the deck seemed fairly new (no splinters). The pictures are a good representation of the house. The house is very dog friendly with very nice gates on the decks, a silicone mat with a dog bowl for water, and a small fenced-in area to let your dog out at night without having to go to the beach, which was a game changer. We would definitely rent this house again. "
