I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room itself was very clean and smelled amazing. It's conviently located near many stores ,and not too far from the beach. I will definitely be staying here again. Very nice hotel for the rate!

Topsail Island is not full of restaurants (there are a few), so a stop at the grocery store is a good idea. The room does have a microwave, fridge with freezer, and a coffee maker. Entry by code was great, but could have been nerve-wracking if my phone had run out of battery while out on the beach or if I left my phone in the room. I guess there are issues with leaving keys, too, though. It may be obvious desk clerks have been visited by me due to lost keys on occasion.

The hotel is old, but I have stayed here many times and never had any issues at all. Staff are friendly. Love the proximity to the beach and the free parking, it is quiet, has a full kitchen, clean beds and towels, could use a remodel and interior updates but that doesn’t deter me from staying there in off season.

This Hotel is very clean, quite, and a great location on the riverfront. My wife and visit Wilmington alot, we have just found a perfect location for a quite getaway. We loved our room located on the 1st floor looking out on the river, and across to the U S.S North Carolina. Yes we will be staying here again in the near future. 10 out of 10 Stars.
