The staff from the front desk at check in and check out was very professional and courteous. Maintenance of the facility could use some help. The housekeeping staff go above and beyond the call of duty, rooms are very clean and the staff for breakfast make sure there is plenty of food and cleaning up after she slobs that leave their tables dirty.

The location is convenient to downtown Wilmington and the local beaches. The only thing I didn't like was some truck in a nearby parking lot that was extremely loud and kept me up all night.

I saw cockroach in the hall, there was no maid service to clean the room and bring fresh towels. Walking into the hotel smelled because of all the smokers hanging out in front of the building which made a VERY bad first impression and a negative atmosphere. The only positive was the woman tending to the breakfast. She was very accommodating and friendly

The room was clean but spartan as far as extras - I was traveling alone but only 1 pillow for a king size bed? No Kleenex and no paper towels or silverware though a cooking facility is provided. Noisy at first from room next door but quieted down at 11:30pm so not bad. A lot of people hanging/milling around outside up until dark. Not bad for the price but don't expect much. I got a good nights rest and that is what I paid for. I might stay again.
