Sloop Point Plantation Tours

Meh. I knew it was going to be a cheaper experience but there was an earwig in our room, we were there for 4 nights and they never made our bed or changed our sheets, pool is TINY, front desk lady who checked us in seemed to be “checked out” and didn’t want to be there, staff only talked to you when you spoke first. Everything needs updating; our fridge was soooo rusty, chair was run down and missing fabric, faucet in bathroom and tub both leaked, piece of medal bed frame was sticking out over the wooden frame and my husband smashed his foot on it. It definitely needs some TLC. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, but a few of these things were avoidable.

The location was excellent as was the support from the managing staff. Loved sitting outside on the porch in the evening. The room was great and bed very comfortable. Pillows were a little high. The breakfast was also great!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and lobby. Good breakfast. Great value hotel for the area.
