Les toilettes sentaient fort le tabac froid... odeur plus que désagréable. De plus les murs et le sol de ces toilettes étaient très tachés... Enfin, nous avions réservé une demi pension. Nous ne savions pas que nous avions le choix qu'entre 2 plats... Nos enfants ne les aimant pas, ils ont pris des carbonara qui nous ont été facturé en totalité... Chômage car le reste était formidable : chambre immense, salle de bains splendide, restaurant avec un service de qualité, petit déjeuner agréable !

Hotiday have no representation at this site. The site is run by Club Del Sole, who have packed the site with holiday accommodations and sublet the majority to companies like Hotiday. The other companies have a company representative on the site, hotiday does not, Baring the actual accommodation the site images are completely misrepresented what to expect. If you are expecting a Club Del Sole experience, then you will be happy. If you are expecting a tranquil beach breakas suggested by the photos, run by the people you have booked the hotel through, then you will be as disappointed as we were. We are still trying to contact Hotiday about this misrepresentation, which has now taken a week. On top of this disappointment, we were told there would be an additional daily charges( €17) for sunbeds, which was enforced by security. An unnecessary cost at an already expensive overcrowded site. The alternative...lie on the grass in roped off areas.
