They didn’t even tell us that we had to go up so many stairs with big luggages and didn’t even offer assistance. They didn’t have a blow dryer in the room so had to go ask for one and they told us we had to return it and no iron or ironing board. The room was musty and weird layout and uncomfortable bed and the water for shower took forever to heat up. The room key chain weighs a ton so be prepared to carry around that weight. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent.
