Room was clean, comfortable and big. Nice seating area with view of the waterfront. Mattress very comfortable. Coffee/tea facility. Reception staff was very helpful, recommending sights and restaurants. Breakfast buffet offered a good selection and staff in the breakfast hall were very helpful. The hotel is a short walk away from the waterfront, town centre is walkable as is the Alsion Koncertsalen across the water where we enjoyed a wonderful concert. We spent five nights in the hotel and were sad to leave. Can't wait to return next year.

A bit impersonal With the automated check in/out and no clear directions for parking. The ocean wiev was obstructed by two large, drab office buildings, but the room was very nice and clean. The break fast buffet was ok, would have been even better with a few warm choices eg. scrambled eggs and bacon.

Nice room, warm room. However with no food options it would have been good to have cutlery on the room for take away. The complimentary bottle of wine was amazing. Would highly recommend for anyone considering a stay in the city. Everything was hygienic and the breakfast was also great with a take away lunch option.

Well worth considering
We were very impressed. Although just getting an entry code seems worrying impersonal, everything worked perfectly. Our room was Scandinavian chic - great design but also comfortable. We appreciated the complementary bottle of white wine in the fridge! We also found the Wi-Fi strong and reliable. The beds were comfortable and we both slept soundly. Breakfast was excellent: a really good choice of really fresh rolls, fruit, yogurts, cooked options and juices and coffee. Parking was (unusually for Denmark) completely free and secure.
