As you move up to the second level you will find the living room, dining and kitchen. This is the heart of the home and where you will enjoy that special family time together. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, comfortable swivel arm chairs, coffee and tables with lamps, ceiling fan, wall art and a large wall mounted TV. This room also provides direct access out to the large oceanfront deck. Here you can enjoy watching the porpoises as they troll down the shoreline looking for their early morning meal.
Directly adjoining the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
