The street noise is quite noticeable. The room did not have a small fridge and I had to request one. The floor in the room was heavily scratched and chipped. The gym was small and basic. Breakfast was just OK.I was expecting more and was a bit disappointed. Staff is great and helpful.

It is not expensive and you have all inclusive. It is very comfortable. Not luxury. But ok. Nice people.

Do not be put off by the strange entrance: The reception is reached by a lift from street level. The hotel has charm and all the staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel even arranged a wine tasting for our party of 7. Liliana and her team had dressed the room and matched each of the wines with a tasty snack. The location is also great as you can stroll to the cathedral and the monastery museum.

Great location! There a restaurants nearby. Great view! Pablo, the owner, was very helpful.
