“Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. ”

周りは住宅街で何もないですが、駅にスーパーもあるし立地的にはとても便利でした。

“Very nice apartment with elevator in a safe neighborhood close to Sofia's finest attractions. Host was the best host we have worked with!! Apartment was spacious, kitchen worked well and saved on food costs, air conditioning throughout bedrooms and main living room was a pleasure on hot days.”

“I checked into the apartment immediately departed. Contacted owner and did not get a response thought WhatsApp or through Vrbo app. I just left the keys in the lock box and left. Contacted Expedia and they informed me they couldn’t help me because it was a Vrbo booking. Contacted Vrbo and they said they couldn’t help because it was an Expedia. Worst experience I’ve had. What appears to be human throw up stains or other body fluids all over couch ”

“The apartment was very clean when we got there. All the amenities are modern and work great. We felt very safe and secure within the apartment. The toilet is really close to the wall in front of it so not ideal for tall people. It's a 5 minute walk to the #8 train that brings you right into the heart of the city. It's also a 5 minute walk to the Lidl supermarket and a great bar/restaurant called Limonadite that I highly recommend. The neighborhood isn't exactly the best. The train and taxi both……

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
