He helped us with our luggage, showed us how to use all of the appliances and gave good recommendations for wineries, olive oil refineries and dining suggestions. "There was NO information about how to use items. No explanation for the washing machine or how to get hot water. When we inquired the answer was the previous occupant pushed the wrong buttons. The washing machine ran four hours at a minimum. One rope outside to hang wet clothes. We had to call several times to get hot water.
