Wake up to spectacular sunrises from your absolute waterfront apartment at Soldiers Point. With Sunrise Beach literally at your doorstep, you can see the colours over the sparkling bay waters from every room, or relax outdoors on the patio to watch the stunning vista in the salty sea breeze, while waves lap at the shore. Soldiers Point is renowned for its amazing sunrises and at Harbourside, you have the front row view.

From your ground floor unit, you can step outside directly onto the grassy reserve which is all that separates you from the sand and surf. Spend your days right here, playing in the waves, strolling the gorgeous coastline and having a hit on the tennis courts for hire at the public park across the road, or explore some of the picturesque and peaceful local area with some great nature walks and parks nearby. You are 400m or a 5-minute walk to Soldiers Point Marina where you can hire a boat and fishing gear and head out on the water, or enjoy fine dining while watching the sunset on the western side of the peninsula. In the other direction, the exclusive Rick Stein at Bannisters Restaurant is just 1.3km away, along with Soldiers Point Bowling Club which offers more casual meal options. The local Wanda Beach shops are 2.7km from your unit.

Harbourside is ideal those looking for a quiet, romantic or relaxing holiday. Your cosy unit has fresh, modern furnishings and an open plan living area with a big screen TV and ceiling fan, 6-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, stovetop, microwave and fridge/freezer. The living room flows outdoors to the undercover waterfront alfresco area with a table and chairs to enjoy the magnificent views over the ocean and headlands.

The main bedroom offers a queen bed and ceiling fan while the other bedroom offers a bunk bed. Enjoy the breathtaking vista from every room! The modern bathroom features a bath, shower and separate toilet, and the internal laundry offers a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Secure parking is available in a single lock up garage.

Great location and views.

Great location - only 15m to the pristine beach and clear, clean water. Very quiet and great views. We were on the ground floor which was ideal for leaving our kayaks right outside our rooms.

This was Paradise rediscovered

Right on the top of The Bay at Soldiers Point. 20 yards from the front door to the water across nice soft grass. A beach to jog on and walk on and the water always welcoming. Quiet and cosy and the other folk in the complex ensured that one could engage in as much conversation as needed or to spend time relaxing and resting. Unit was very comfortable and the afternoon breezes ensured the temperature inside was always comfortable. This is a great part of the world.

Great location and comfortable for the family. Unfortunately the DVD player was faulty and the kids were unable to watch any of the supplied DVDs but they had other technology options. Place was now at and tidy although we did find it odd the beds were not made so we had to make all the beds after 9pm on arrival.

Great value

For the cost of accommodation this listing is great value. Right on the beach. The property amenities are dated, the beds are average but you can sleep listening to the ocean. It smelt musty on entering but a good airing out sorted that problem. Does not have air conditioning, ceiling fans only. Easily accommodated our family of four. We will be staying again.

Nice place for not fussy people. Tranquil on weekdays, a bit crowdy on weekends.

Pros: waterfront, views, comfy bed and linen, modern TV, cafes 200m away, self-contained kitchen, lock up garage. Cons: place needs some TLC, dusty fans, bedsides, sliding doors and fly screens, smelly carpets, light in the bathroom faulty, soap/shampoo/toilet paper not provided.
