The master bedroom comes with a Queen size bed and ceiling fan while the second bedroom houses two single beds and ceiling fan, promising restful nights after your day's adventures. The bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity, blow dryer and separate toilet for guests’ convenience. Prepare homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and boasting stunning views from the window. Either dine inside or out on the balcony cooking up your feast on the gas BBQ and enjoy an amazing al fresco dining experience with stunning water views. A shared communal pool awaits you for a refreshing dip after your day out exploring in the sun or unwind in the cosy air-conditioned lounge room with smart TV. 200 metres to Sunrise Beach and 350 metres to Soldiers Point Marina, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafes. There's no need to worry about parking with 2 dedicated spaces available for your convenience with one being in a secured undercover garage.
