Come to enjoy this traditional Mallorquin home just a few minutes walk from the heart of Soller. This is a typical beginning-of-last century, stone-built home that was almost completely rebuilt in the spring of 2018. This home has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms with a kitchen also rebuilt to feel traditional yet sporting all modern amenities.

The house itself has about 120m2 of living area nestled in a orchard plot next to Soller's old, narrow street area. Luckily the plot is accessed through a large gate and it offers room for two cars parked side-by-side, so you don't have to worry about parking if you arrive with a car. That said, there is no need to come by car as the house is only a 4-minute walk away from the Soller center so you can enjoy the town and all it has to offer without the need for transportation. Hiking trails that travel through our beautiful Tramuntana Mountains are only two minutes away

On the plot you will find a 6x4m swimming pool with a large terrace and a barbecue so you can enjoy outdoors life. Also on the plot you'll be able to pick oranges from our own orchard.

If you feel like exploring the area, you can do so by walking, cycling or simply by taking the antique wooden train (Tren de Soller) in the Soller square than can take you to Port de Soller (5km away) or Palma (about 25km away). Biniaraitx is about 5 minutes away by car and Fornalutx about 10. Port the Soller is 10 minutes away by car with Deia about 20.

Great holiday in perfect location
This was a lovely property in a great location near the centre of Sóller. The accommodation was very nice, especially the kitchen and the pool which was very well maintained. Just note that the 2 small bathrooms are both on the ground floor (one right next to the property entrance), and 2 of the bedrooms are on the top floor with steep stairs. Not a problem for us but could be an issue for people with mobility problems. But the property is old and beautiful so I guess that does determine the layout. A lovely old door was in the sitting room. The outside kitchen area is really useful as is having an outside shower. We would love to return !

Fantastic villa in a great location
The villa is in a great location for the village of Soller, shops and restaurants all a short walk. Great outdoor space with a decent size pool and all equipment and supplies we needed for cooking / bbq. I’d highly recommend. The host was also really communicative and helpful.

A really wonderful place to stay that was so comfortable, well equipped and convenient for the town. We had a super time, and thank Miguel for being such a communicative and informative manager who made the whole booking and arrival process easy and trouble free. Great location but too many little problems for the cost.
Positives for this property: It is in a brilliant location - only a few minutes walk from the main square in Sóller. The property is beautiful and the parts that have been restored have clearly been done so lovingly. Miguel was there to greet us and was responsive to all messages prior to our stay. The pool and surrounding pool area has been constructed beautifully. The kitchen works well, beds were comfy etc. Negatives: As with many traditional properties, the stairs are steep and extremely hard. This is not forgiving if like us you are travelling with pre-school children. There are also two significant drops on the driveway which aren’t fenced off. Both shower rooms are pretty small and on the ground floor. Not a problem for most I’m sure but it meant climbing over the stair gate (which we provided) in the middle of the night to go to use the loo. The pool has a significant hazard which must be taken note of. In the pool there is a hoover to keep the pool floor clean. In order to freely and safely use the pool, we removed the hoover each time we used it. However this left the suction hole exposed. Thankfully, we discovered this was a problem on our last day with an incident involving my husband. As he was at the side of the pool, he became attached to the suction hole. It was painful and took significant effort to remove himself. Had this been a child, or a child’s hair, we dread to think what the outcome may have been. It left a pretty hefty mark on his side. The back of the house has a small fruit orchard but this area wasn’t finished when we visited. The path was uneven and had spiky brambles poking out which got to little legs. Finally, it’s pretty over looked. The change in levels and the type of fence between this property and next door exacerbated this. We were aware of what felt like a lack of ‘neighbourliness’ which may not have been so obvious if the property had not been quite so exposed to next door. The fence dividing the two properties also has rusty barbed wire on the top, which on the driveway, is at face height for a toddler. It also wouldn’t provide much support should a small person trip or slip in that direction. Next doors cat is friendly though! Oh and we found a (live) cockroach in the sofa and had a visit from the police (nothing to do with us!!). This property has so much potential but we found it just had too many little problems, especially given the cost!!

Beautiful house in picture perfect location!
A fantastic 3 bedroom property with beautiful pool and pretty little garden with views of the mountains behind the house. Miguel was a great manager. Easy to contact and talk to, explains everything. The square with its cafes and restaurants, tram to the beach and the mountain train to Palma are all a 5 minute walk away. Perfect location for exploring the local area. We stayed with our two children aged 9 and 7 and it was perfect! If hiring a car, make it a small one as the village roads are Teeny Tiny, few white knuckle moments!

Best of Soller - Highly Recommend!
This property was beyond our expectations. The pool, outdoor eating and BBQ area made this property for our family, regularly having late night BBQs while watching the kids enjoy the beautifully refreshing pool. The town of Soller has a lovely market on Saturday morning which is a great way to experience the town. Lots to do, see and buy! Soller is a short taxi ride to the Port of Soller where there are lovely beaches (I would recommend renting two chairs and an umbrella for 18 euros), cool shops and tons of opportunities for boat rentals. We hired a boat tour through MezzoMagic, which I would highly recommend and make reservations in advance as it's very popular. The house has 3 lovely bedrooms, the kitchen is very nicely equipped and renovated with everything you need even a cooler bag to take to the beach. There are two updated bathrooms with full laundry. Extra linens, towels and blankets were readily available. The air conditioning was great in the hot summer months. There are grocery stores close to the rental, and a really great meat and cheese shop on the way back from the bus stop. We were a party of 6, a couple and a family of 4 with two kids ages 10 and 12 and this property was more than generous for our needs. This is a property that we will definitely return to in the future. Miguel was an incredible host, showing us the property, all the ins-and-outs, gave us recommendations for restaurants, how to make taxi reservations, and quickly dropping off a second set of keys when requested. This spot is the best for a family vacation full of wonderful memories! Thanks Miguel.
