There is warmth yet maintained their professionalism in welcoming their guests during check in and check out. No fee in checking in early and in leaving your luggage if you need early check out. Breakfast and set up of the dinning room is just perfect. Makes you relax and enjoy more your food. I will stay in this hotel when I have the chance to visit Bratislava again. I have and will continue to recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and business associates and others."

"It's a lovely family run hotel. The team are all lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is modern enough and well presented. I found the bed extremely comfortable. The bar is a nice environment to relax in. The restaurant wasn't serving dinner but they arranged for a delivery of food and set up a table for me to eat it in the restaurant. The food they recommended was delicious and a good price. There is plentiful free parking, which includes a Tesla charging point. There is step free access via a secure back door (must use key card) to get your bags from the car to your floor. The only downside is proximity to the train station. I was woken up at 05:50 one morning by a train sounding the horn. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel. I was staying her for work in Sered for 4 nights and it provided everything I needed"
