“My wife, my father, and my daughter and her family stayed together at the house for one night. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the big covered back porch and cooking together in the kitchen.”

“We took our boat, great location to Lake Monroe. We had dinner at the Fairfax Bar and Grill. GREAT DINNER, food was delicious and great friendly service and it is dog friendly. Our cabin was fine for our needs. There were holes in the screen but a gentleman came and sprayed the wasps. Dog MUST be on leash.”

“The property has a vacation home feel, very comfortable for our family. It is as nice as the online pictures. The bedrooms, bathrooms, main room and kitchen are all well outfitted. We all wish we could have stayed longer. The location is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood about a mile from the university and excellent restaurants. Our host was very responsive. All around, top notch,”

“We didn’t end up staying. There were no sheets on the bunk bed, the main queen bed was horrible, u can feel the springs, and the cushions in the kitchen were wet & stained. We stayed 30 min & ended up driving 4 hours home.”

“We stayed a couple nights this fall and really enjoyed it. The kids loved the loft and the dogs loved the dog park. We ventured out during the day and were able to enjoy a nice fire and get in the hot tub in the evening. It was perfect for our mini vacay. ”
