“We checked in at 4pm and our room was great however the entire hallway had dirty laundry piled at every door and people were still cleaning at the opposite end of the hall. On our way out for dinner we noticed laundry was also still out on our floor and the 2 floors below us..this was at 6pm.
The hotel had alot of vacancies but for some reason at 3 AM there was someone checking into the room next to us. They were quite loud and we were awake for some time while they got settled. I mentioned……

“The outdoor pool is under construction but its been that way for over a year and I don't see any signs of construction. Also, their computers were down when I checked in and when I checked out the next day, the front desk said the computers were still down but they would email me a copy of my invoice. That was 3 days ago and I still haven't received my invoice.”
