I booked this hotel going on the reviews & i found it was an excellent hotel & under rated in its reviews. Check in was quick & smooth, the room was as described, food in the hotel for half board was very reasonable & well worth the option,all staff around the hotel were friendly & helpful,i had a problem with the tv & they sent a technician who tried to fix it but eventually replaced it with a straight out the box new tv, the pool areas are nice & especially the pool near reception, the gardens around the hotel are amazing & well looked after, all in all i found it to be a relaxing hotel & would look to return everytime. If I was to pick fault, i found the room to be a little cold as we was in the basement room with a terrace & the air conditioning could do nothing about as the entire hotel is regulated but reception provided blankets. TV had English channels but no kettle.

Amazing views, wonderful staff, food is sublime. Highly recommended, looking forward to booking a return trip.

We stayed at this place for a week and wanted to highlight to positive/negative aspects of this hotel and unfortunately the positives do not outweigh the negatives. Positives: - Location is nice. Short walk to the beach. - Lots of restaurants/shops walkable. - The pool was nice and wasn't too hard to find chairs most of the time. - We only did the breakfast but it was a decent spread with lots of options though it was basically the same setup for every day. - Most of the staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of one man who was rude and will be addressed in the negative comments. Negatives: - Noise, the front of the room faces restaurants and there is a British pub that does Karaoke and other load events at night so if you have a child sleeping in that part of the room it will be loud. Plan on bringing a sound machine to drown it out. - The room AC did not work great. It would hover around 78-80 degrees no matter how high you turned the AC on. Also it says on the description that there is a refrigerator but it's really a minibar that barely does anything. We contacted the front desk to complain and the man was very rude and insinuated we were dumb for thinking it would keep drinks cold. Our was room temperature inside so it wasn't working and they never came to fix it after telling them numerous times. - The parking lot next to it was closed the whole time we were there for a festival that would play loud music most nights till midnight.

My wife and I have traveled all over the world and this may be the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at! I mean, everything was great from the grounds to the staff to the location. There are multiple great beaches, golf courses and villages within 20 minutes of the resort. I would highly recommend the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel to anyone staying in Mallorca!

Our stay at Es Princep was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and a truly professional atmosphere. What impressed us most was the professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness of the staff. Every team member was readily available to assist with anything we needed, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms, excellent amenities, and a perfect location for exploring Palma. The rooftop experience deserves special recognition. The drinks were expertly prepared, the ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, and the views over the city and the sea were simply spectacular. A special mention goes to the rooftop Smashburger, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and surprisingly one of the best burgers we’ve had during our travels. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines exceptional service, professional hospitality, outstanding food and beverages, and a memorable rooftop experience, Es Princep is an excellent choice. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca.
